Gender Equality in Sports

In 2025, a series of panel discussions were held under the theme: “Representation of Women in Sports Clubs and Gender Discrimination in Sports.” These discussions aimed to examine the current state of female representation in sports organizations and to address the persistent challenges of gender-based discrimination within the sports sector.

The Biathlon Federation of North Macedonia plays a pivotal role in advancing the sport of biathlon while fostering an inclusive and equitable sports environment. Through a range of strategic initiatives, the Federation organizes events and programs that emphasize equal representation, ensuring fair and accessible opportunities for athletes of all genders.
